The People.ai enterprise revenue intelligence platform helps teams speed up complex enterprise sales cycles by engaging the right people in the right accounts.
We do it by helping teams clearly see who to engage within each account and exactly what to do to deliver the highest-yielding deals and blow out their numbers every single quarter.
We believe in acting on data to make better decisions, and most of all, in empowering people. We live our values every day by creating an inclusive and collaborative culture that seeks solutions and champions excellence.
At People.ai, we hire great people and challenge them to do great things. We provide opportunities to build skills and set your own career path. We constantly challenge each other to get out of our comfort zones in order to grow personally and professionally.
Without our customers, we don’t have a business. And we never forget that. We put our customers at the center of every decision we make. We understand that although we are the ones building People.ai, it’s not all about us—it’s really about the value we can deliver to our customers.
At People.ai we’ve embraced the value of end-to-end ownership. Every project has a single owner; one person is in charge of making it happen.
We believe there are no unsolvable problems. It just takes time and teamwork to come to a resolution. Our problem-solving methodology is pretty simple. We think first about our customers and how the problem—and potential solutions—may impact them.
We encourage our teams to take smart risks. It’s ok if those projects don’t pan out — we learn from it and move forward. Every member of our team is passionate about the work they do, and we hold people to high standards. But, we’re also realistic.
We recognize there are multiple ways to approach and tackle a problem and we encourage the discourse, but the ultimate goal is to find a path of resolution.
This means we understand how every task we work on—regardless of your role or department—is part of the bigger picture. This value also extends to management transparency, open office space, and organizational shared goals that keep us all moving together as a team.
Data is critical when it comes to making decisions that affect our customers so we will always use data to understand the dependencies and the upsides and downsides of any decision we make.

When I talk to sales leaders around the globe and across industries, they know that their customers are more informed than ever and that you have to match them. It’s clear that they feel this reality is now upon us. They view a world where sales reps aren’t logging into anything—data insights and the best action based on their role and the product they’re selling is automatically pushed to them. Days of relationship selling are over because customers are so informed. Industry at large is more informed, the sales team needs to up it’s game to match the sophistication of the buyer.
Companies that begin their AI journey today will have a leg up on their competitors—and those who don’t will find themselves left playing catch-up, trying to keep up with evolving customer expectations.
